1. Natural Product Disclaimer The materials sold on aroma-nest.shop are raw, natural bird's nests. By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges that variations in natural color (white, off-white, or ivory), size, and shape are indicators of authenticity and are not considered quality defects.
2. Stringent Return Criteria Due to global food safety standards and the risk of contamination, returns for raw bird's nest are only granted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Order: The product delivered does not match the grade or quantity specified in the invoice.
- Verified Transit Damage: The product was severely contaminated or crushed beyond use during transport, and the original vacuum seal remains intact.
3. The "24-Hour Reporting" Protocol Any claim for a return or refund must be emailed to homextratrading@outlook.com within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
- Mandatory Evidence: You must provide an unedited unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the shipping label and the product condition.
